1. Start with Small Changes

Big transformations begin with little steps. Swap sugary drinks for water, add one extra veggie to meals, or try a new fruit each week. Small shifts lead to big progress!

4. Hydrate, Move, and Rest

Nutrition isn’t just about food. Staying hydrated, getting active every day, and prioritizing sleep are key to a child’s overall well-being. Healthy habits work together!

2. Build Balanced Plates


Teach your child the power of a balanced meal. Fill half their plate with fruits and veggies, add lean proteins, and include whole grains. A colorful plate is a healthy plate!

5. Listen to Your Bodies


Help kids recognize hunger and fullness cues. Teaching them to eat when they’re hungry (and stop when they’re full) builds lifelong mindful eating habits.

3. Make Mealtime Positive

Foster a happy, stress-free eating environment. Encourage family meals, avoid pressure to “clean the plate,” and celebrate trying new foods—without the battle!
